Billy E. Kirk
Billy E. Kirk, 84, of New Castle passed away July 21, 2010 at St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis Indiana.

He was born August 13, 1925 in Middletown, Indiana, and resided in New Castle, Indiana.

Mr. Kirk served his country during WW II

He was a self-employed businessman who worked mostly in Pendleton and Middletown. He also worked for GTE.

He was a member of the Middletown American Legion #216 and a 50 year member of the Pendleton Masonic Lodge.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn (Storie) Kirk; son, Timothy E. Kirk of Middletown; stepdaughter, Staci (Matt) Small of Greenwood; stepson, Jeff (Missy) Storie of Nashville, TN; sisters, Lou Ann (Bill) Parmer of Middletown, Martha (Arnold) Ervin of Anderson and Bernice Sayers of Anderson; grandchildren, Gavin Small, Molly and Tarek Storie; brother-in-law, Larry (Esther) Lamport: several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Ron Stanley of Pendleton and Sissy Skinner of New Castle.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Julia M. (Libler) Kirk who passed away August 19, 1988; parents, James L. & Maple Louise (Cranor) Kirk, brothers, James Kirk, Pete Kirk and Gene Kirk; and sisters, Beulah Elsea and Charlene Saunders.

Visitation will be from 11-1:00 PM on Monday, July 26, 2010 at Robert D. Loose Funeral Home Inc; 200 W. 53rd Street; Anderson.

Services will be Monday, July 26, 2010 at 1:00 PM, at the funeral home, with Rev. Robert Carter officiating.

Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Anderson.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Middletown American Legion #216.
